This notice explains how Spurs Technology collects and uses the personal information you provide when you take part in the Mine Entra 2026 quiz.
The quiz is operated by Spurs Technology. If you have any questions about your information, contact us at info@spurstechnology.com.
When you complete the quiz we collect your title, first name, surname, company name, job title and email address, and (if you provide it) your mobile number. We also record your quiz score and the time you played.
We use your information to run the quiz and leaderboard, to identify and contact prize-draw winners, and, where you have agreed, to tell you about Spurs Technology solutions and events. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the entry form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with unrelated third parties. It may be handled by service providers who host our systems on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
We keep your entry only as long as needed for the quiz, the prize draw and any follow-up you have agreed to, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@spurstechnology.com. We handle your information in line with applicable data-protection law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
